By downloading, installing, or using the Chibi mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
These Terms form a legal agreement between you and Chibi Labs. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your login with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at chibilovesyoucorp@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Chibi offers a free tier and optional paid subscriptions that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually as selected).
All payments are processed by Apple. We do not store your payment information.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund.
The Chibi companions are AI characters created for entertainment and companionship. They are not real people and are not a substitute for professional advice of any kind — including medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. Do not make important life decisions based solely on conversations with Chibi companions.
AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate, inappropriate, or unexpected. If you encounter a harmful response, please report it to chibilovesyoucorp@gmail.com.
The App, including its characters, artwork, name, design, and code, is owned by Chibi Labs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App's content without our prior written permission.
You retain ownership of messages and content you create. By submitting content to the App, you grant Chibi Labs a limited license to process that content as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Watch Together feature captures your screen content and sends it to our servers for AI processing. By enabling this feature, you consent to this capture and agree that you have the right to share the content being displayed on your screen. Do not use Watch Together while viewing confidential, private, or legally sensitive content.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chibi Labs and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
